We are delighted to announce the participation of Michel Aubry to the 30th biennal of São Paulo.

Among a selection of 110 international artists, Michel Aubry will show a new interpretation of his installation "La loge des Fratellini" including the furniture, accessories and costumes used in his films. These numerous costumes from the "Loge" will be presented in a fashion show. "Le Grand Jeu" will also be exhibited. It is another installation constantly reshaped and composed of a set of carpets and textiles taken from the artist's personal collection.

"Under the title "The Imminence of Poetics", the 30th São Paulo Bienal takes its curatorial premise from the multiplicity, recurrence and permanent mutability of artistic poetics. Poetics is understood as the instrumental repertoire that enables an individual or group, discipline or tradition, to establish - intuitively, intentionally or unconsciously - the discursive strategies or platforms that enable expressive acts of artistic nature."

Nous sommes heureux d'annoncer la participation de Michel Aubry à la 30e biennale de São Paulo.

A l'occasion de cet événement regroupant 110 artistes internationaux, Michel Aubry proposera une nouvelle interprétation de son installation "La loge des Fratellini", une oeuvre rassemblant mobilier, accessoires et costumes, qui a accompagné les tournages de ses films et dont Marion Meyer Contemporain a présenté une version en 2010.
Les nombreux costumes de la loge feront l'objet d'un défilé féminin filmé.
Sera aussi présenté "Le Grand Jeu", une autre installation constamment remodelée, composée de tapis et de textiles issus de la collection personnelle de l'artiste.
"Sous le titre "The Imminence of Poetics", la 30ème Biennale de Sao Paulo inscrit son postulat curatorial dans la multiplicité, la récurrence et l?instabilité permanente du langage poétique artistique.
"Poétiques" doit être compris au sens d?un répertoire instrumental qui permet à un individu ou un groupe, une discipline ou une tradition, de déterminer de manière intuitive, intentionnelle ou inconsciente, les stratégies digressives  ou les espaces qui autorisent des processus créatifs dans l?art contemporain."
